This PE&PP Non-woven Laminating Extrusion Line is a versatile production system capable of using both PE and PP materials. It is designed to uniformly coat molten thermoplastic materials (such as PE) onto non-woven fabrics. The resulting composite materials find wide applications in medical protective materials and sanitary products, leveraging properties like waterproofness, breathability, and antibacterial performance.

Description

The line adopts an integrated process combining extrusion and lamination. First, PE or PP raw materials are fed into a high-efficiency extruder, where they are fully melted and plasticized. The molten material is then extruded through a precision die head into a uniform film. Meanwhile, the non-woven fabric substrate is unwound and guided to the lamination unit. In this unit, the extruded thermoplastic film is accurately coated onto the non-woven fabric under controlled temperature and pressure, forming a composite material. After lamination, the composite undergoes cooling, thickness measurement, edge trimming, and winding processes. The entire production line is equipped with an intelligent control system to monitor and adjust key parameters such as extrusion temperature, lamination pressure, and speed in real-time, ensuring consistent product quality.
