How does air bubble film machinery work?

The line melts and extrudes resin into film webs. Vacuum forming creates the bubble profile, which is bonded to a flat base web, cooled and wound.

What is the difference between 2-layer and 3-layer lines?

Two-layer film consists of a bubble layer and a flat base layer. Three-layer film adds another flat layer and allows separate control of the layer formulations.

When are 5-layer or 7-layer lamination lines needed?

Consider lamination when the finished product combines bubble film with facing materials rather than PE film alone. Define the material sequence and bonding requirements first.

How do ABA and nylon coextrusion differ?

ABA uses PE with PP or HDPE in the coextruded structure. Nylon configurations add tie and nylon layers for barrier requirements.

Compare qualified kg/h under an agreed film specification, including working width, GSM or basis weight, structure, stable operating speed and quality yield.
